TJ was able to sell my house while I was away in another country, I flew back to the States just for the closing. I was very fortunate to have him as my agent. The tenants had left the house a complete wreck. He patiently put it back together and hired the right people to provide all the maintenance and reparations that was needed. He was able to sell the house for the asking price and was available anytime I called. I highly recommend TJ. You would be wise to have him on your side during the delicate process of the selling of a house.
