As I said before, Tina was able to schedule me a showing the day the house went on the market for every house I asked about, which was a must with the way the housing market currently is for buyers. Tina was quick to answer any questions I had (which was a lot since I was a first time homebuyer). She was also patient with how picky I was. Tina made this big purchase fun instead of stressful. Her knowledge about the VA loans was a huge weight off of our shoulders. We were renting another house at the time we came to Tina and our landlord was facing foreclosure. We told Tina that we needed this to be quick, and we provided her a checklist of what we wanted. Tina rose to the challenge and went above and beyond while also looking out for us to make sure we didn't get kicked out of our current home due to our landlords failure to pay his mortgage. Tina was at the inspections and even came to a unrelated inspection of the rental we had.
