She is very well connected in the realty community and had a good staff. The house was listed and sold in HOURS! I got over the asking price and houses debt was paid during closing!! My husband and I know have known Tina since grade school. She is a very hard worker. Tina worked with us to find a new home after looking at about 20 homes in two days. She said she had one more home for us to see I told her I was too tired, but she assured us we wanted to see this one, so we did.
