Tina was absolutely amazing!! She made my first time selling extremely easy. My property was posted everywhere!!! She was always available by phone for my many questions and got me in contact with the right people for the repairs that required a professional. Turn around was very short and she was able to get me higher than market value for the area. She knew exactly what we would need to do in order to pass inspections which was fantastic because it allowed me to stay a few steps ahead instead of rushing to get things done last minute. As I said prior Tina and her whole team are simply amazing!!!
