As a result, the house was on the market sooner and with less expense than it could have been. I relied on her stable of reliable contractors to do necessary repairs and cleaning at high quality and reasonable price. The house had a full price offer within 30 days. Of particular note was her follow-through and relentless pursuit of representing my Mother's interests to overcome the inevitable subsequent hurdles to closing. Tina and her team here wonderful with helping me purchase my first home. They were patient and understanding.
