Tina had me sold the first conversation that we had, I inquired about homes through Zillow, and I received a call from Tina. She helped me feel even more comfortable about the home buying process. I hired her immediately and, even when the governance of the real estate process changed, I felt confident that Tina was the agent that I should stick with exclusively. After a year of looking at 1,537 homes, I finally found the one. Shout out to Jake to who was always readily available.

Not only was Tina able to get the home sold, but she was the person to bring us the buyer. This person originally did not have my home on his viewing list, but Tina was able to convince the buyer this was the home for them. Tina sealed the deal immediately, and it was smooth sailing through the closing. We were impressed with Jake as well as he assisted with the inspection, walk through and needed presence at the closing. There was an issue with the HOA that could have caused a delay but he was able to get it resolved and it was finalized as scheduled. All and all Tina, Jake and their team were on top of everything. We will use them again!
