Our experience with Tina was beyond phenomenal! Anyone can have a good personality and find houses to show you. But not everyone can advocate on your behalf with fierce deliberation, and that's what Tina did. The housing market is not great for buyers right now, so we needed someone that would work fast but help us with leverage since we didn't have the highest budget. We got the first house we put an offer on and only because Tina pursued it and negotiated and advocated with deft skill.
