I saw many houses. I think I drove Jake crazy, but Jake was a good sport. For two months, I saw about 2-3 houses daily. As soon as I asked to see the house, Jake would arrange the showing. Our experience with Tina was beyond phenomenal! Anyone can have a good personality and find houses to show you. But not everyone can advocate on your behalf with fierce deliberation, and that's what Tina did. The housing market is not great for buyers right now, so we needed someone that would work fast but help us with leverage since we didn't have the highest budget. We got the first house we put an offer on and only because Tina pursued it and negotiated and advocated with deft skill. I know we probably would not have gotten it if she didn't do that since it was able to go into a bidding war. Thanks Tina!
