I have been working with Tina Thomas for 10 years. First in the purchase of property where she drove us through countless North Texas towns and multiple counties in the search which culminated in only a $75,000 purchase. She went over and above for what I believe many others would not have cared or had the time. When it was time to purchase another home for a family member the process was similar with spot on recommendations for my needs and negotiations favoring my budget. She has also helped me sell two homes and again went over and above meeting with contractors when I could not to handle small HVAC fixes, roof inspections, yard needs, and then provide solid negotiations to get best offers. Her experience helped me to easily navigate buyer's needs, homeowner's assoc.needs/requirements and detailed closings, all of which can easily get hung up and cause delays. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Very smart and knowledgeable the best

My wife and I purchased our first home with Tina and team this past March. It was an overall 5 star service. Her and her team listened to all of our wants and needs and presented a great list of homes. We toured 10 listings on a Saturday and found THE ONE same day. We were qualified and started admin processing the following business week. Would highly recommend this team if you are looking to sell/ buy in the DFW area.

I didn’t know there was a level above “above and beyond”. I never felt like any question or issue was too much or a bother. Talk about going that extra mile.
