Tina did an absolutely fabulous job from beginning to end. she helped us to evaluate our house and figure out what things would be best to improve on or leave as-is before listing. She also recommended a stager who did an absolutely brilliant job. She was very communicative through the whole process giving advice as well as asking questions. We would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your house. She is also an amazing negotiator and frequently gets above asking price. She is also kind, beautiful and has an amazing smile. Not a requirement but certainly a benefit. ??

There are simply "tips and tricks" to making it all come together that the average RE agent doesn't know! You don't want someone who tells you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear!
