I am so..... blessed with Tina a truly professional realtor agent and thoughtful sister in the Lord. It's a joyful and totally worry-free selling experience. For an out of states seller as me, in the beginning it seemed so overwhelming, yet with Tina's help everything became so easy and smooth. She patiently explained and answered all of my questions and helped in arranging/preparing the house ready for sell. She keeps me updated through the whole transaction and finally we signed and close the Escrow yesterday. So, a very big thanks to Tina. You are awesome!!!

Tina is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. As of this review (9-5-2021) close of escrow is a few days away on the sale of my home in BayPoint CA. Tina handled all the details for me while I was out of state. Virtual and distance Home sale does not get better or remote distancing than this. She provided us with a worry free and hassle free transaction. Her ability to explain complex terms and issues was crucial for me because other realtors I have dealt with always made me feel stupid just because I don't understand "realtor speak". Tina definitely checks all the good "boxes", and you won't go wrong employing her as your realtor.

This was a great journey with Tina since 2016. Tina helped us with buying this house, rent management and selling. She’s always thinking of what's best for both parties. She found us a responsibility tenant who took care of our house and kept it clean and lovely. We were so worried that it will be tough to sell during COVID-19 pandemic but it turned out great. All because of Tina’s hard work and professionalism.
