Tina Richlin

Tina is more than an agent, she is a friend. This is the third property our family has sold with her. She goes above and beyond for her clients!!! Thank you so much!!!

Tina has been a joy to work with over 10 years. Extremely capable and knowledgeable about the properties she oversees. She is fair with both buyer and seller. Her negotiation skills are admirable and her professionalism is outstanding.

Loved having Tina this was a great experience Thank you for all your hard work

John and Tina responded to our questions in a very timely manner and kept us informed through the whole experience. Any issues that arose they were quick to help in any way to resolve! We would recommend their services to everyone!

Tina not only went above and beyond to communicate and expedite, Tina made it happen. She put her heart and soul into our transaction. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced, she cares more than words can express. Just a solidly good person. She comes highly recommended and will have our referral to anyone in the market! 12/10 you will not find a more devoted Realtor!! My husband and I will forever be grateful 🏡

Our experience was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date at all times. I would recommend Tina to anybody that needs a real estate agent up in that area.
