Tina is a standout realtor! I know “a calling” is usually reserved for religious platforms, but Tina has truly answered her calling! She has a gift of service and outperforms any realtor we have ever worked with! She is helpful in navigating contracts and offers. If she is ever unsure, she finds out! She has met cleaners, moving companies, and contractors at the house when we’ve been out of town, and always ensures lights are on and the thermostat was comfortable to give the best experience to anyone interested in viewing the house. I’m pretty sure this is the third or fourth time we have utilized her services and it’s all because of her expertise and attention to detail. We would highly recommend her to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to call on her again! I wish we had another house to sell so we could keep in touch more!
