Tina Marie Biggs was very helpful in finding us a home that we loved. We traveled almost half the country to get here. TL;DR - As a first time home buyer, I would not hesitate to recommend Tina Marie, whether this is your first or fifth time buying a house. Long version - Tina Marie has helped me find two homes - first a rental property, and most recently purchasing my first house. With the rental, I needed something quick, and as I was not local, I needed someone familiar with the area to help me choose something in the right location. Tina went out of her way to show me options that fit my need, and then to make sure I could get into the property on short notice. A year later I was looking to purchase a house. As a first time home buyer, it can be a very confusing and stressful process. Tina Marie was so incredibly helpful during the entire process, explaining each step in detail and answering any questions, no matter how trivial. She was very patient with me, and I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase. Once I did find the right house, she went into 'go' mode, writing up an offer and getting it submitted over a weekend. During the waiting period prior to closing, she kept me up to date with any new info from the seller's agent, as well as answering a multitude of new homebuyer questions. Even several months after moving in, Tina still checks in every once in a while, making me feel like I'm more than just a client. I definitely will be using Tina Marie Biggs if I ever need to buy another house in the Southern Maryland area.
