Tina Marie has a vast knowledge of Southern Maryland real estate and the Maryland processes and forms to bring the deal to closure while providing the best advice to her client. She is astute in financing, contracts, HOA resale packages, and in general is knowledgeable about all things house/home related. She was the buyers agent but from my view as the seller, she worked with the buyer (her client) when their home sold quickly to change to a cash offer which was their original goal. She was available off hours to support the transaction and was always courteous and followed through the next day to find answers.
