Tina was patient and always there for us. It took us quite a while to find a home. Tina knew exactly what we where looking for and moved very quickly when we saw the home we purchased. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

We met Tina Lisa at an open house for one of her listings. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the details of the home to us and asked us a lot of questions to see whether the house was the best fit for us. Although we did not select that house, we were so impressed with Tina that we contacted her to be our agent. We had a very difficult process with the mortgage company, RMS, but Tina stayed on top of everything the entire time and spent a lot of extra hours making sure our mortgage loan was approved. This was in addition to the countless hours she spent showing us multiple homes before we selected one. There were very few questions that we had that Tina was not able to answer right away and she was always able to get us an answer in a very timely manner, typically within a couple of hours. She was extremely friendly and cheerful throughout the entire home-buying and closing process, which made it a much more pleasant experience. Despite several setbacks with the mortgage company, Tina stayed enthusiastic. Without her positive attitude, we likely would have walked away from the home at the first setback. Although we did not deal directly with other staff members, Tina mentioned assistance that Karen had provided to her on several occasions and we are very thankful for her help. Although we had a difficult closing process with the mortgage company, Tina Lisa remained positive throughout the entire process. She provided countless hours of her time to find us the perfect home and make sure that we were able to close. Her enthusiasm and attentiveness are ultimately what sealed the deal on our home being closed.
