Tina is friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer any of my questions with detail and accuracy. I felt very comfortable knowing I had her guidance available throughout the process. Tina did a fantastic job going through all details of our transaction. She was extremely thorough and patient going over all documents related to the offer and closing. Tina was always one text or call away day or night. She was flexible for showings. She had our back though everything. Tina answered every question to the best of her knowledge and even if she didn't know it was tried to find the answer. I wont hesitate to use Tina again if/when we sell or buy again. Not being from New Hampshire and unfamiliar with the different towns, she helped us find the best areas & type of house we were looking for in & around the Merrimack area. She was always accommodating to us in seeing different properties throughout the 2 months we were looking, until we found the right one! We ended up buying a house from auction as we really wanted a fixer upper, but Tina was amazing with the whole closing, from the PSA, dealing with a title company & deed especially from the India based Altisource!! She recommended a local title company that turned out to be great! We couldn't have done it without her. We're very excited to make this house into a home!
