Buying house is stressful and nerve-breaking, especially during covid, and Tina always remains clam and analytical to guide us through the process. We were moving from the Bay Area, and we were looking in LA. Given we are not in the area, Tina was able to check out places for us before we schedule a visit, which was super helpful. Later in the process, Tina was able to help us video stream the final walk though and take care of the handover without our physical presence, which was immensely helpful.
