Tina knows the real estate market & is on top of everything. She is the kind of professional that covers all aspects for buying & selling a home. This included hiring & supervising professionals to attend to some necessary repairs for the sale of our home. She was in total charge of the house as we were not in the States, & this certainly was not a part of her contract as our realtor. Plus she is a delight!
