She always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly, continuously sent us new homes within our budget, and immediately scheduled a time to visit a potential home once we shared that we were interesting in seeing it. When visiting a home, she always provided us a detailed sheet about the home, and she shared all of the important details (e.g., utilities, taxes, Home Owners Association information, etc.) as well as additional details about the home and the area that were important to us (e.g., schools). We can't say enough how AWESOME Tina was! Despite looking for a home during a period when the market was slow and the demand was high, she did an amazing job of showing us a variety of homes to help us get a better idea of what we were looking for in a home while also ensuring that the home fit our interests. Tina made our journey to purchasing a home a very nice experience. She was always pleasant, friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working.
