Tina was absolutely essential to our ability to close within 30 days. Her knowledge about the area was invaluable since we were moving from 4 hours away. She provided us names of local businesses that helped us meet our lenders inspection requirements. She was amazingly responsive and always answered our inquiries in within hours. Most importantly, Tina was very friendly and easy to work with. We have already recommended her to other friends who are looking to move to the area. She's simply the best.

Tina was absolutely amazing. We are moving up from South Florida up to Central Florida. Our first experiences with realtors in this area and in the Crystal River area were not what we expected. There was a lack of motivation and little concern to meet our needs or even their own it was strange to say the least. We have many different friends up here that shared a similar experience and basically told us good luck that’s just how it is here. when we met Tina, it was a huge blessing in more ways than one. When we first met Tina, she was kind, outgoing, friendly, and motivated. We could tell from day one that she genuinely cared about what we wanted, and what we needed, and she was willing to show up with us to help us get what we were looking for. I say above and beyond because with all that said, that would’ve been more than enough but to even go further, she shared so much more information and help in other things as we are new to this area and had so many other questions besides the homes. Her plethora of information on land, animals , and town information was priceless as we are new to farm life. There was an extra kindnesses and care that didn’t even have to do with the purchase of our home. She was amazing to our children, even up to our closing there was help, kindness, and extra details she thought of and helped us with that weren’t even necessary. We moved in Christmas week and she bought our kiddos their own mini Christmas trees!!!! We have even told our friends about this amazing realtor that we have found, who is also becoming one of our first friends here in Ocala , and they can’t believe it. After the many experiences that I’ve heard I will definitely be recommending her to anyone who is coming up this way and to our friends here that are still in search of someone like Tina. Above and beyond, whoever gets Tina on their team has someone that is going to go the extra mile for them!!
