I worked with Tina for about 5 months looking for a condo in San Luis Obispo. Within a few weeks she knew exactly the kind of place I was looking for. When my future condo was listed, Tina messaged me within 30 minutes of the listing appearing on the MLS (despite it being after normal business hours) and we made arrangements with the seller that evening to be the first to look at the place. I put an offer in that next day. We ended up in a small bidding war with one other buyer (two rounds of counter bids), and Tina provided assurance and recommendations throughout the process. We closed in less than 30 days because of Tina working with the seller's agent. Entire process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Tina to others. Other notable comments: Tina was in-tune with the local market (down to what each unique HOA was like, how other local selling agents negotiated, and which properties would increase in value due to business developments in the area). I'm incredibly picky with big decisions and purchasing a condo was no exception. Tina sent me dozens of listings over those 5 months (always right after they were listed) and like an AI algorithm she improved her recommendations each time. She was excited as me when she sent me over that last condo because she knew it was exactly what I was looking for. (I still am so confident that I got the best place in SLO, down to this specific Unit location in the complex). There were a few times when Tina didn't know the answers to my (many) questions. She was honest when she didn't know, but *always* researched an answer to the question and gave me an answer within a day. If you value the right answer rather than a quick answer, go with Tina. Again, would highly recommend Tina for the reasons above.
