Tina was extremely hard working in helping to get the house ready for market. She had many resources, and was excellent about managing the work to be done. She also did a lot of follow up with the county, and septic folks. In addition, she was the boots on the ground for all the repairs and inspection that needed to take place. She really did a fantastic job.

If you're thinking about selling your home on the Central Coast, I cannot recommend Tina more. After going through SEVERAL realtors, you know the ones....I'll sell your home within 30 days or I will buy it cash! Then when 30 days rolls around, there are about a thousand excuses why your house didn't sell. Tina is just NOT that person. Tina helped us arrange our furniture and minimize our belongings to make our home show it's best. She brought in some props and accent items to really make our home beautiful. She has a good eye for arranging furniture and decluttering. She worked very hard to show our house and often as was reasonable and gave us plenty of notice when we needed to leave. She has gone above and beyond to her duties to help us transition to our new home.
