Working with Tina and the Cheek Team was a great experience! Their knowledge of beach opportunities and their accessibility made our purchase experience seamless and enjoyable. Also they were not “put off” by our extended search for the right place for us! Come and Sea how they did!!!

My wife and I were lucky to stumble across Tina and the Cheek team by clicking a link on a website. Who knew we would get a family business that was dedicated to their clients, and will go way above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. No call went unanswered, anything I needed was right there. Thank you for helping us find a wonderful home and making the home buying experience as smooth as it can be!! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking in Brunswick County and surrounding area....
