Tina was great from first introduction months ago, very knowledgeable, knew the areas we wanted to live in. Spent the time with us touring homes and ultimately finding our new home.

We had to sell our parents home due to some medical issues. We searched for a realtor in the area and interviewed our top 3. Tina Countryman found us the perfect house . In addition , we felt like we received concierge level service . Tina went way out of her way several times to let in home inspectors , appraisers , workmen giving estimates , etc . The sellers were in a probate situation , as they were an estate of the deceased . This added an additional layer of complexity , but Tina handled it all with grace . She was very reassuring and communicative throughout the process , which was very reassuring . Also her assistant Jayne Andrew’s was phenomenal . They were so awesome , that I’d do an unpaid video testimonial for Tina and the team anytime !!!!
