Tina was great from first introduction months ago, very knowledgeable, knew the areas we wanted to live in. Spent the time with us touring homes and ultimately finding our new home.

We had to sell our parents home due to some medical issues. We searched for a realtor in the area and interviewed our top 3. Ms Countryman prepared a great proposal and our parents selected The Cheek Team. The worked very close with us and helped us through the entire process. They were able to recommend businesses who were able to make some repairs, repaint the entire interior and even connected us with someone who ended up doing our estate sale. While the market was not that great, they came up with numerous ideas to keep our house active. When we finally accepted an offer they continued to market the house. When the buyer backed out 1 day before closing, Ms Countryman had 2 backup offers and we just closed on our house today. Without a realtor who knew the area and the market so well, we would never have been able to get the house sold as we live about 3 hours away from our parents house Ms Countryman kept us informed about the status of the house and the process and constantly provided recommendations and options that helped keep the sale moving forward. It’s always scary picking a realtor “blind” in an unfamiliar area, but we hit the jackpot when we selected Ms Countryman and The Cheek Team. Selling our parents house took a huge burden off my parents and the whole family and it would not have been possible without their help.

I live 6 hours away which made things hard and I really wasn't looking to buy right now. Tina Countryman found us the perfect house . In addition , we felt like we received concierge level service . Tina went way out of her way several times to let in home inspectors , appraisers , workmen giving estimates , etc . The sellers were in a probate situation , as they were an estate of the deceased . This added an additional layer of complexity , but Tina handled it all with grace . She was very reassuring and communicative throughout the process , which was very reassuring . Also her assistant Jayne Andrew’s was phenomenal . They were so awesome , that I’d do an unpaid video testimonial for Tina and the team anytime !!!!
