When we decided on a place she supported us through the negotiations with the builder, helping us get more features added to the house. Since we were out of state during the construction, she regularly sent us pictures and walkthroughs of the house as it was built. She suggested a lawyer and an inspector along the way. She kept a close eye on the quality of the work and participated in the formal inspection, ensuring the issues were closed correctly. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team.
