She was an exceptional liaison between me and the sellers / agent, and was proactive in making sure everything that needed to get done was getting done. Even *after* the sale she would check in and make sure everything was going well, and when I indicated an issue, she reached out to the contractor and got the ball rolling. Ultimately, I couldn't be happier; we love the house, and because buying a house can be stressful I knew it was the right thing to reach out to her again; she was able to shepherd us through the complex process of buying a house (again), and I would absolutely recommend her, even for myself if the need comes up again!
