Tim showed me at least 20 condos in 5 days!! Despite the craziness, Tim remained very calm and professional. He was not pushy at all and got to understand what I liked and disliked. He also recommended different communities that increased my interest!! I left at the end of the 5 days with an offer on the table which was negotiated and purchased. Tim helped me to purchase the condo in Florida remotely from New Hampshire. He has also been very helpful keeping an eye on the after math of the Hurricane for me as I had not yet moved in. He was also a great person to talk to and ask lots of questions!! His wife even helped out with after the Hurricane!!! He made me feel like part of his family!!
