Tim Ratliff has lived in Plainfield, IN most of his life, graduating from Plainfield High School. He has an Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance. He worked in Skilled Trades for 35 years, 25 of those at Ford Motor Company.
Tim has built two houses of his own and has bought and remodeled investment property for resale.
He is an asset to his Church , having served as a Board member and remains active in different areas of ministry. He plays guitar on the church's worship team. He is also a volunteer wresting coach at Plainfield High School having served for 20 plus years.
Tim's honesty, integrity, and love for the land, along with a passion for helping his fellow man is a tremendous value to his clients. His knowledge of building, HVAC and plumbing skills have also proven to be valuable assets to his clients.
He is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES) helping and advising family's with needs in various senior living situations. As families move into retirement age, they, as well as their families, are needing assistance facing the many concerns and decisions, whether to stay in their homes, downsize, or move into independent living facilities.

During his first year as a Real Estate Agent, He was on "Carpenters Rookie List", an award for the top salesmen. His goal as an agent, is to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. He works diligently at helping his clients understand each process of the transaction and surrounds himself with experienced professionals in lending, inspections and title work.
