Highest standard of work ethic. Is all around ability and knowledge encompasses the real estate market and industry. Tim will move at the pace that best suit you, however, if you need to move quickly this is your man. I found a property, (raw land) that I was interested in I called him up immediately. He had an offer drawn up for the seller within 24 hours. Because of his strategy we were able to make an offer, counter offer, and contract on this property within 48 hours. We closed within 2 weeks on Friday 06/04/21. Not only was the entire transaction at a hyper pace, we were able to do the entire process digitally, from start to finish.
