Let me just say Tim is amazing. Right away he is super friendly. He is so eager too assist you. When finding that special home. I called alot of other Realtors. They all told me this was impossible. I was looking for a creative deal. Tim contacted me and right away said: I will get back to you in 24hrs. He did get back to me with we can do this. It may take a little time but, we will find something. From that point on I had someone who actually cared. Tim jumped in with both feet and started running. Working tirelessly to find the house the deal I needed. He is so knowledgeable about the market. We were in contact constantly. His only concern was finding me a home. WE DID IT.
