Tim is a great realtor. He is warm, friendly, and reassuring. Throughout the very long process leading up to listing our home, Tim was patient with us and helpful in offering advice and encouragement when we needed it. Tim went above and beyond to assist us in readying our home for showing. He is very knowledgeable and answered any/all of our questions thoroughly. If he didn’t personally know the answer, he directed us to someone who knew or found the answers for us. Tim truly made selling our home a positive experience, and we would highly recommend him.
