Excellent Communication! Constant open houses which sold the home fast!

Tim was in constant contact with us. Bringing us offers and walking through them with us trying to see if they would work within the number we wanted for the home! He did open houses seemingly daily and the offers and ultimately the sale came from open houses. Tim has a positive and no quiet attitude and truly will do whatever needs to be done to make it happen. The day after we closed on the home we put another home on the market w Tim and his team!
