He was more than an agent assisting in buying our condo. He was available to answer our questions in a timely manner. He searched and provided material to us about the HOA rules and the contact person. He worked diligently with the sellers agent and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly without any bumps in the road. He became a "FRIEND" of the family and we maintain contact with each other. He was more than willing to come to our house with paperwork and made the entire purchasing our condo pleasant. Even after settlement, he assisted with questions and did laser measurements within our home so we could order proper products that we needed.
