Tim was excellent to work with. He made himself available for tours, responded quickly to all of our calls and texts, and made sure all of our questions were answered. He is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to assessing a condition of a home and home-improvement projects. Our "big worries" were put at ease (or into perspective of the sale) after Tim talked us through it. I highly recommend going with Tim.
