We had a great experience working with Tim, especially as first-time home buyers. Not only was he incredibly easy to work with, communicative, and friendly, but he was also extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and knew the ins and outs of this crazy market. Tim walked us through every step, from recommending lenders, connecting us with programs such as Homes for Heroes to scheduling our inspection. This was so helpful because we knew nothing about buying a home, but Tim made it so easy! After looking around at a handful of houses and making only two offers, we were able to get our house! With how fast homes are selling right now, we were so fortunate to have Tim on our side. He advocated for us throughout the entire negotiation and always had our best interest at heart, which is such an incredible quality to have in a realtor. We cannot recommend Tim enough!
