Truly the BEST!

When we found ourselves needing to move and buy our first house under a short time frame, we were so overwhelmed. Thank goodness we found Tim! As first time buyers, we didn't know anything about the process, but Tim walked us through it all with empathy, finesse, humor, humble confidence, and knowledge. He very quickly earned our trust and respect. Tim truly took the time to learn about what we wanted and needed in a home, was mindful about our budget and tight timeline, and answered every one of our questions with detail and clarity. Tim's deep knowledge of not just his industry but also of home maintenance and construction is a godsend; he could tell us about necessary repairs and associated costs in some of the homes we toured that we never would have noticed. One of the phrases he said to us often was, "It's my job to set you up for success," and it isn't just lip service. He truly went above and beyond to advocate for and protect us, and it is also evident that he genuinely cares about his clients.
