He had a ton of current data to support his recommendations and was really great at communicating that as well as any possible risks. We were divorced and selling our house and he made it wildly more manageable and successful. I couldn’t recommend him more highly and will be using him again in the future!

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was available at pretty much all hours (within reason!) to answer our questions and give us updates, advice, and referrals. We needed to sell quickly after finding our new home by chance. Tim did his research and provided us with the information we needed to be comfortable that the asking price was going to generate immediate interest while still getting us the price we needed and was fair. Our home sold quickly!
