Tim has solid experience! He demonstrated his experience throughout the process of selling an old family home. Tim has a communication style that is always professional, soft-spoken, direct when necessary and most importantly personable. He was available to guide me through necessary improvements that would be valuable to buyers, solicited expert advice when needed, and helped me understand market trends and paperwork. After the property was listed, he communicated about showings, offers, strategy and steps to see the sale through. When issues arose, he explained options for handling and made me comfortable with the decisions needed. When I had concerns with the issues or processes, I felt comfortable in discussing with him.
