Let me first say that I write this as a person who has been a bit jaded toward realtors in general, but as selling a home is such a significant transaction, decided that I wanted someone in my court who is in the business on a daily basis. I first found Tim by asking a trusted person in the mortgage business if they could provide me with their top 3 realtors to work with, and Tim was one of those top 3. The first thing that impressed me with Tim is that he THOROUGHLY did his homework before we formally met, and came from a perspective that it was his job to EARN my business and my trust. Tim literally came prepared with the answers to my questions before I even asked them. Another aspect of the experience is that there was never any pressure, but rather transparent, realistic and knowledgeable information and advice. I view one of the benefits of good realtor representation as being an unemotional ally who will provide realistic expectations, identifying both the strengths and any potential challenges associated with a property. Tim was excellent in this regard. Communication was exceptional; phone ... text ... email ... all exceptional. Marketing, from my perspective, was also exceptional. THANK YOU for not using photos from a 10 year old flip phone to market my property. So many realtors use horrific pictures when 'marketing' a client's most expensive transaction. Tim's group uses professional photographers to market the property, and the results were outstanding. When it comes to pricing, I believe the recommendation was spot on. We listed the property on a Wednesday, and there were 3 offers the following Sunday. With the multitude of factors that go into the sales price (location, upgrades, demand, any 'issues'), I believe the pricing strategy was well executed. In summary, if a person is looking for a professional, transparent, communicative, knowledgeable, easy going real estate agent, Tim is your guy!

Our experience with buying a house was incredibly easy. I didn’t even think we could buy a house in this market, and let alone afford it, but somehow Tim just made it happen. I saw the ad of our house on July 4th, on the 6th Tim sent our offer and two days later it got approved. There were so many other offers on the house and most of the offers were much higher than ours. Point being, is that without Tim’s tips/tricks this honestly wouldn’t have happened. We closed on our house in 18 days, and I’m pretty sure that’s like unheard of. Any time we had any doubts he always had answers and immediately calmed us down. Tim is nothing but a hardworking man.
