We were in a time crunch to purchase a home as the home we were renting was on the market to be sold. We had only 2 months to find a home to buy for our family or struggle trying to find another rental before our time was up. Tim was on top of it sending us listings and anything I would send him that I wanted to check out he was on top of it. He would get us showings the same day and didn't matter how many we wanted to see he took us to the next and within a week we found a home for our family and he got our offer locked in and we were able to close a week before we had to be out of our place. Tim did an amazing job getting us into our home so we didn't have to stress about anything. Even after everything was done he still followed up to see how we where doing and how we were enjoying our new home. I 100% would recommend Tim to my family and friends. This was our first home we purchased and it definitely is scary but with Tims knowledge and determination he definitely helped our family.
