My husband and I both agree that we have never worked with a more competent and patient individual than Tim Winter. When we started our home search in Phoenix, it was from across the country. Tim arranged several video tours with us and gave us lots of advice about buying a historic home. Tim and his wife own a historic home themselves in the Willo district, so he has first-hand knowledge of this very specific niche in real estate. As this was only our second home purchase, my husband and I had tons of questions and apprehensions. We even made a few offers, thought twice and decided against proceeding. Personable and punctual. A lot of realtors put Zillow down. Tim liked to use any and all resources to help us find a home. Also we are very pickey but he stuck with us with no complaint.
