My husband and I flew out of state basically overnight to scout out what would be our new home. We initially came looking to rent an apartment but after looking around decided to purchase/rent a home. We ended up getting connected with Tim late Friday evening and by Saturday morning he had 7 homes we were interested in booked for viewings. He continued to go above and beyond for us all weekend AND after we had returned home to Texas. He was really good at communicating and helped us to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood even from afar. Tim helped us purchase our home when we moved here several years ago. When it was time to move out of state again it was a no-brainer to call him up to list our house. He helped us to get it on the market in 10 days, oversaw showings while we were out of town, and walked us through the process of selling in AZ. Tim has a really good feel for the market in the PHX area, is creative with options in regards to selling, renting or leasing to own and gave me fantastic recommendations for handyman work, roofing repairs, where to dump my bulk trash and more. Tim helped us knock it out of the park again and we are so grateful. We can't recommend him enough for his expertise in real estate!
Tim was easy to communicate with, covered every step of the process with us (first-time buyers), and was really working in our best interests. Frankly, I can't imagine getting through the process of buying our first home without him - he was always ready with a quick response to every late-night email and last-minute text that we had for him. Tim helped us avoid some common pitfalls (not considering the extra cost associated with leased solar panels, for example), and helped our negotiation process by quickly delivering reports on properties with comparable values in the area. His home searches helped us narrow the field from a lot of options, even as our geographic requirements shifted as the process moved along. He stuck with us for the long haul, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone, and already have.

Tim listened to everything I wanted in a house and never showed me anything which wasted my time. I was impressed by how he advocated for me by advising me about appraisals, neighborhoods, and the Phoenix market in general. Tim Winter did a great job as my agent. My home purchase was challenging to say the least. We viewed over 30 houses, and submitted eight (8) offers. I had to move because my lease was expiring, and Tim came through for me. This was my first home purchase - I made so many mistakes that he caught I can't remember all of them. HIs knowledge of advanced contracts was instrumental because we were bidding against 3-5 other offers. Tim was never late and never complained once.
