This was our first time buying a house and Tim made the experience as smooth and approachable as it could be - couldn't have picked a better agent! Definitely the person you want on your side We had a lot of questions throughout the process and Tim was extremely supportive and patient throughout to ensure we felt comfortable every step of the way, even when some challenges arose from the Seller. He has a ton of experience and expertise, which was invaluable as we navigated many big, costly, time-sensitive decisions. No questions were too big or small and he was always happy to provide an honest recommendation or assessment We did not feel rushed at all when selecting our new home. Tim was very mindful of our preferences and reactions when showing us houses while also intentionally showing us homes outside of our initial specifications to help us explore additional options and refine what we actually wanted; perfect balance. One thing I really appreciated is that he was honest and respectful of our time when there weren't new houses of interest on a given week rather than show us homes he knew we weren't excited about. Emphasis on quality and fit rather than volume He went above and beyond in getting expert consultations and quotes when we found issues with the target home during viewing (eg roof drainage). That helped us gain an honest understanding of the scope of the issues and required fixes for high quality, long term repairs rather than taking the Seller’s assessment at face value. Tim equipped us with the specific knowledge to make informed decisions ahead of time and prioritize key concerns rather than settle for “good enough”. We found a few smaller issues the Seller hadn't properly disclosed/addressed and Tim was incredibly responsive and advocated for us to ensure that they came back to make it right
