I have always heard horror stories of people’s personal experiences in buying a home but mine own was a dream come true because of Tim. He made the process easy, gave great insight and he made himself available for any questions or concerns I had and was fluent with real estate knowledge. I believe he gave me honesty and professionalism. The most anyone could ask for during one of the biggest decisions one will ever make is honesty. Tim was an amazing realtor. He frequently sent us new homes that hit the market on the portal. He was punctual to our appointments. He would point out things that we did not know to look out for as first time home owners and pointed out things that may not pass an inspection. He waisted no time in finding us homes to tour if we didn’t like the home, He never once made us feel pressured to like a it! He showed genuine interest in helping us find what we would be happy with as our first home. Thanks to Tim we have a great home in a good neighborhood to raise our family.
