Tim is a professional, he worked with me (most of the time I was remote) whenever I needed him to get my house on the market and sold within 10 days of my decision to sell with him. Then we had a hiccup with the first buyer despite being preapproved. He got it back on the market and sold with multiple offers, helped me determine which was best and sold a second time in 7 days. He kept me in the loop and on schedule during the sell as I had already moved to another state. Nice guy too. Highly recommend!
