Initially we were not sure what kind of investment property we were looking for. Tim was engaged, flexible and patient. Tim provided direct honest professional feedback to our questions, and concerns. Several times he went above and beyond our expectations researching, and finding information for us. When there were issues with our purchase, or information that wasn't clear, Tim made sure to drive the issue till conclusion, and we were satisfied with the outcome. While going through the purchase of this property, we faced several issues ranging from communicating with the Seller to our lender delaying closing due to their miscommunication.
