I have purchased and/or sold 3 homes in the Seattle area and this was my first time working with Tim, however the over all expertise and knowledge he brings to the experience and the whole of working with Tim was by far and away the best and most stress free process of all of those experiences. I was selling a condo I had owned for 13 years, from out of state, as I recently moved to California, which could have been a very stressful process but Tim took all the worry out of it and made it seamless and easy. From the initial meeting and walkthrough of my property, he was positive, extremely knowledgeable of the condo market and neighborhood my condo was in as well as thoughtful with all his interactions, making me feel comfortable and looked out for. He answered all of my questions, was extremely quick at responding to all communication, providing great info but never being pushy only helpful, and had the best team to work with from the escrow side to the paperpwork, and took care of everything, including meeting my contractor for last minute improvement touch-ups, scheduling and meeting the stager (as well as coordinating staging removal) and going so above and beyond in all aspects of the sale so that I didn't have to worry about anything. We also were able to get a very good price out of the sale, which obviously is a huge deal as the seller. I honestly am hoping I have the need to purchase a home or property in Seattle again so I have the chance to work with him and his team and would not hesitate for a second in asking him to represent me again in a real estate transaction. There is no better in the business!

Tim made sure to reach out to all impacted parties, minimizing the risk, and ensuring that we were moving forward. We learned choosing the right real estate agent that has experience, and drive to help their clients succeed was one of the most important things we could to set our selves up for a successful purchase.
