We were referred to Tim by our Lender at Guild Mortgage. My fiance and I were very tired of paying the never ending, skyrocketing rent in Seattle, so we decided to take the plunge and buy a place! First off, the Seattle market is competitive... we needed someone we could trust, who worked quickly and efficiently. When we met Tim, we knew we were in the right hands! I think what makes Tim such a great realtor is his honesty. He wasn't afraid to tell us his opinions on places, good or bad. He knows A LOT about Seattle and his insight/advice about the neighborhoods helped us narrow down where we wanted to purchase our home. He took the time to get to know us and he went to open houses on his own, when we couldn't make it. He had a lot of patience with us when we were being a bit indecisive in the beginning and even kept us on track with anything we needed to do on our end. Tim found us a home and we will be forever grateful for the chance we got to work with him! If you are looking for a realtor, you need to talk with Tim.
