We particularly appreciated the balance they struck between offering their professional expertise and listening to us. Tim and Julie were always willing to make recommendations and share their perspective, but they were equally interested in our thoughts, priorities, and preferences. We felt that our input mattered and that the decisions were ours to make. They also went above and beyond in so many practical ways. They were willing to take care of extras that made preparing and selling the house easier, even purchasing lighting fixtures and other materials when they were needed. That willingness to jump in and help was incredibly appreciated. Throughout it all, they were our cheerleaders. They were patient and encouraging when we got frustrated, and were supportive mediators when we had differing opinions. Selling a home is stressful, and their encouragement, positivity, and genuine investment in our success made the entire experience so much easier. We felt well represented and cared for, and would enthusiastically recommend Tim and Julie to anyone selling a home.
