I was totally unfamiliar with the process of buying a home in Florida but Tim Parr walked me thru the process from day one and I was able to get the home I thought I had no chance of getting. I had so many question and Tim always had the answer or sent me the information I was looking for. I have no Doubt that Tim Parr would treat anyone I recommend to him the same as he treated me. Tim was very responsive and provided excellent advice/service both on short-term rentals and eventually, the sale of my condo. He managed the sale while I was in Canada, contacting me whenever necessary and keeping me informed throughout the process.
