We heard about Tim from a direct mail piece we received at our home in PA. The advert was well done and we held on to it since we knew the property would likely be sold. Our family (in laws and other married) was contacted about the property and we tried to determine if it would be used by family. Interest was low in using the property, so we decided to sell. We contacted Tim, and he was a good (actually a great) fit for us. Tim knew the building, and we hit it off immediately. Tim has a great personality, is very knowledgeable and made us feel like he would do a great job selling the condo. We are very happy with the sale and Tim exceeded our expectations.
